The only way to make one&#8217;s way through it is to tag these terms to particular persons. In other words, make them relative to the person using the term.\n<p><\/p><p>\nBut even this will not solve the muddle because of <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Psittacism\">psittacism<\/a> &#8212; talking like a parrot without any understanding. And a related problem is that of what Susan Stebbing called &#8220;potted&#8221; or &#8220;canned&#8221; speech [Chapter 6, Potted Thinking, <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.org\/details\/in.ernet.dli.2015.536606\">Thinking to Some Purpose<\/a>, 1939]. This is the use of catchwords and slogans without any backing. So, it is pointless to talk to someone who uses words and phrases without the ability to supply a clarification through a definition. \n<\/p><p>\nI don&#8217;t know why, but the following TED presentation by <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kajsa_Ekis_Ekman\">Kajsa Ekis Ekman<\/a> in 2014 sticks with me as an\nexample of someone who wants to sincerely give a definition, but fails. \nShe talks instead about the strategies and effects of a capitalist economy, and recommends democratization of the workplace.\n<\/p><p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/iq5lX-j6Prg\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n<\/p><p>\nNow, compare this talk with that of G.A. Cohen: <a href=\"https:\/\/ditext.com\/wordpress\/2021\/03\/02\/criticism-of-capitalism-by-g-a-cohen-reflecting-on-al-capps-creature-the-shmoo\/\">Criticism of Capitalism by G. A.
